Patrick Mahomes is back in familiar territory.
It’s the AFC Championship Game, and while the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback is used to hosting these contests, he certainly knows that it takes to win them.
Mahomes and the Chiefs are playing in their sixth-straight conference title game. And they’ve made three of the last four Super Bowls. Don’t expect them to be rattled by the big moment. They’ll be ready for the Ravens and their raucous crowd.
But that doesn’t seem to be fazing Mahomes, who showed up at today’s game like a guy who’s dressed for success.
The two-time NFL MVP and two-time Super Bowl champion showed up at M&T Bank Stadium in what appeared to be a burgundy suede suit and a killer set of shades.
Social media immediately took notice, with many commenting on Mahomes’ sharp look:
Mahomes will be in tough against a Ravens team who has had a ton of success this season. Their defense enters the game having given up just 175 yards to rookie phenom CJ Stroud last week. They also had the best defense in the entire NFL during the regular season.
We should be in for a epic battle between two heavyweights.
