Kelce’s father, Ed, teased the possibility of Travis making his way down under in an interview with “The Sydney Morning Herald,” stating, “[Travis] said he’d really like to see Sydney and Singapore.”
On Wednesday, TMZ confirmed Kelce was on a private jet to Sydney, where he will be able to catch the four shows that Swift has lined up through Monday.
Kelce missed the first part of Swift’s tour in Australia, where she performed in front of a crowd of 96,000 people at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Swift told the fans in attendance that it was the largest crowd she had ever faced.
“This is the biggest show that we’ve ever done. I’m fully starstruck by the fact so many people wanted to hang out with us on a Friday night in Melbourne!”
Kelce will now return Swift’s favor after she went through a chaotic travel day from Japan to Las Vegas to watch her boyfriend and the Chiefs win Super Bowl 58.
It is unclear how long Kelce is expected to follow Swift on tour, but she has six shows lined up from March 6-9 in Singapore following her weekend performances in Sydney.
