Growing speculation over Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’ divorce has prompted Jonas to hit out at the ever-churning rumour mill while Turner was papped kissing another man days after the pair announced their split.

She was photographed in Spain kissing fellow actor Frank Dillane on the set of ‘Joan’ — an upcoming British drama about notorious jewel thief Joan Hannington (Turner) and her professional jewel thief husband Boisie Hannington (Dillane).

The pair were playful with each other as they frolicked in the water during filming, with Dillane at one point lifting Turner, 27, up in the air.

Meanwhile, on-stage with brothers Kevin and Nick last weekend for the Jonas Brothers world tour, 34-year-old Jonas told the Los Angeles crowd not to believe everything they hear.

“I just wanna say, look — if you don’t hear it from these lips, don’t believe it. Okay?” he said.

He then thanked fans for their “love and support” before launching into the song Hesitate, which he has dedicated to Turner in the past.

It comes as rumours swirl about Turner being a party girl, with sources said to be close to the couple revealing Jonas had become “less than supportive” towards his wife after the birth of their second child last year.

TMZ reported Turner had wanted to stay out of the limelight and Jonas had “complained” about a wife that “needed to get out more”.

“After their youngest child was born … Sophie didn’t want to leave their home … she didn’t want to be photographed or go to events,” a source told TMZ.

“Nevertheless, she attended several events with Joe, but at one specific event, several people there said Sophie made it clear she was uncomfortable and didn’t want to be there.”

Not long after, Jonas reportedly changed his tune, complaining his partner was out too much.

The final straw for Jonas is understood to be a result of home surveillance footage.

Jonas allegedly had access to a ring cam, a commercial brand of doorbell security cameras, where TMZ reports he allegedly saw or heard Turner doing something that “made him realise the marriage was over”.

But watching a significant other via a surveillance camera opens another can of worms in itself.
