According to a report from News.com.au, a paparazzi photographer is claiming Scott Swift assaulted him at Sydney’s ferry wharves on Tuesday.

“Police have been told a 71-year-old man allegedly assaulted a 51-year-old man at Neutral Bay Wharf about 2.30am before leaving the location,” a police spokesman confirmed, declining to name the identity of either man at that time.

NSW Police confirmed they were investigating claims Scott Swift assaulted Ben McDonald at a ferry wharf in the suburb of Neutral Bay.

An investigation into the alleged incident has been launched by the North Shore Police Command.

McDonald, the chief executive of Matrix Media Group, told Daily Mail Australia that Taylor and Scott had traveled from Homebush on a luxury superyacht called Quantum after her performance.

When they got off, Scott allegedly ‘charged’ at him, he alleges. He stated he thought he was security and was shocked when he realized the alleged attacker was Taylor’s dad.

‘In 23 years of taking pictures, I have never seen anything like it,’ he said.
