LeBron James has made it a habit of shooting three-point shots. The 39-year-old has added the logo three into his arsenal as he navigates his 21st season in the league. However, shooting from the logo is an incredibly difficult shot. So when he tried a logo shot during the game against the Detroit Pistons, it bounced off the rim. This led to several fans trolling the all-time greatest scorer in league history.

The Los Angeles Lakers megastar was looking at increasing the lead against the worst team in the league. With 8 minutes left in the fourth quarter and the game already out of the hands of the Pistons, he decided to dribble up the floor and attempt a three-pointer from the logo. After all, where else can he easily try those shots and get some practice against an opponent? But, the shot bounced off the rim and was rebounded by the Pistons who went the other way to score.

LeBron James and the Lakers were looking at adding another win to move back up the playoff standings. They want to clear the play-in spots to avoid having to battle teams while others rest. So the game against the Pistons was supposed to be a routine win for them.

And the Lakers did, winning the game 125-111 against the Pistons. LeBron James led the Lakers with 25 points and 8 assists. His fellow starters contributed with double-digit outings to ensure the win stays with the purple and gold.

The game was already in the closing stages. LeBron James and his teammates knew the Pistons could not catch up with them. This is why he tried to shoot from the logo. But, bricking the shot led to trolling from basketball fans. After all, this is not something James is very adept at.

As soon as the clipping of the brick was shared online, basketball fans could not hold themselves back from commenting about the miss. They were quick to share their humor on social media with these comments;
