Taylor Swift was met with sour, booing crowds as she made her way to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce during the Kansas City Chiefs playoff game on Sunday.

Pop sensation Swift was seen entering the Buffalo Bills‘ stadium wearing a red beanie amid the wintery weather – but instead of cheers, she was greeted by boos from the crowd.

After making her way inside, Swift was seen with Travis Kelce’s brother Jason Kelce and their dad, Ed Kelce. The trio were spotted in the VIP suite.

The boos were not only heard outside the stadium, but fans apparently showed their distain as TV coverage panned to Taylor on screens in bars across New York.

One person wrote online: ‘The vitriolic shower of boos when Taylor Swift was shown on the screen for the first time… truly filled my heart.’

Another person, watching the game at a bar, wrote: ‘The whole bar boo’d once they showed Taylor Swift lmaooo.’

And a third said: ‘Taylor isn’t on the field, she isn’t playing so why tf are they showing her after EVERY TIME HE CATCHES THE BALL. I’m so tired of this s**t. She has nothing to do with the game. When she starts playing, you can start showing her.

‘It’s so ridiculous. taylor swift has absolutely nothing to do with the actual game so there’s no reason for her to be shown. I wish they’d show how the crowd boos her now.’

Another commented: ‘This game might be the only time a bar in Hell’s Kitchen has had everyone boo at taylor swift.’ Hell’s Kitchen is an area in New York City known for its gay nightlife and bars.

Taylor has been attending the Chief’s games since the beginning of the season, before confirming her relationship with the team’s Tight End towards the end of 2023.

Landing in her private jet around 4pm on Sunday, Swift was met on the tarmac by a cavalcade of SUVs, a sprinter van and a police escort. She was then soon pictured arriving at Highmark Stadium in a red hat and a white jacket for the game.

While temperatures dropped below 20 degrees for the game on Sunday night, it was nothing compared to the blistering -4 temperature in Kansas City last weekend, when Taylor cheered the Chiefs to victory against the Miami Dolphins.

Exclusive DailyMail.Com pictures earlier on Sunday showed Travis’s older brother Jason touching down in Buffalo alongside his wife, Kylie, and their parents Donna and Ed for the game.

She landed shortly after Travis was pictured arriving at Highmark Stadium with his Chiefs team for the big game.

The 34-year-old tight end was wearing a mustard suit and red woolly hat as his made his way into the stadium for his team’s must-win game.

At a Chiefs press conference on Friday previewing the Bills game, Travis said how excited he is to line up against the hardcore Bills fans.

‘It’s Bills Mafia, man. That’s their home-field advantage. I’m sure the guys love playing for that fan base,’ he told reporters back in Kansas City.

‘I grew up in Cleveland man. They were throwing beer bottles at people. Buffalo, cold, playoff game, doesn’t get any better baby.’

The Chiefs lost against the Bills in Week 14 of the regular season at Arrowhead Stadium but Kelce warned Josh Allen and his men that they face a changed team on Sunday night.

‘I think right now it’s just a different energy in our building at least,’ Kelce said on New Heights, the podcast he co-hosts with brother Jason.

‘I just think it’s the way our defense is playing, our offense is clicking and how we’re playing together man. We’re just having a lot of fun out there, going to work and balling out man and I love that feeling. I love that feeling.

‘I love the challenge of having to go to Buffalo, a hostile environment and trying to find a way to win when it’s single elimination.’
