Travis was caught smoking in his car on the way to Kansas City Chiefs practice last week, two days before lining up against the Minnesota Vikings.

While driving his vintage 1970 Chevelle convertible, Kelce could be seen smoking and checking his phone as he made his way into the Chiefs’ practice facility on Friday.

The 34-year-old, who was spotted taking new love interest Taylor Swift for a spin in the very same car last month, then went on to enjoy a session with the Super Bowl champions in preparation for their game in Minneapolis on Sunday. It is unclear what substance he was smoking.

Kelce recently estimated that 50-80 percent of active NFL players smoke marijuana, although he admitted that most quit the habit over a month before seasons get underway.

‘If you just stop in the middle of July, you’re fine,’ he said in an interview with Vanity Fair. ‘A lot of guys stop a week before and they still pass because everybody’s working out in the heat and sweating their tail off. Nobody’s really getting hit for it anymore.’
Swift was not there to see Kelce’s game-winning performance at US Bank Stadium on Sunday after deciding against attending her third straight NFL game to cheer him on.

The pop sensation sparked an ongoing frenzy by rocking up to Arrowhead for the Chiefs’ win against the Chicago Bears last month, after it was confirmed that she and Kelce are currently dating.

A week later she then flocked to MetLife Stadium in New Jersey with celebrity pals including Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman as Kelce and Kansas City claimed a hard-fought victory over the New York Jets.

Despite TV producers appearing to prepare for her arrival, Swift chose to steer clear of Sunday’s game against the Vikings, with speculation rife as to whether she will return to Arrowhead for Thursday’s game against the Denver Broncos.
