The New York Post has attracted some heat after placing a photo of Travis Kelce kissing Taylor Swift right above a headline about three American soldiers losing their lives during a drone strike in Jordan on Sunday.
Three United States servicemen were killed while over 30 were injured in the attack, marking the first time the country experienced casualties since the beginning of the Gaza war.
President Joe Biden has vowed that the killings will not go unpunished. “We shall respond,” he was quoted as saying while speaking in South Carolina on Sunday.
The Post had this story on its front page, but it was below the one pointing to the Chiefs’ return to the Super Bowl. And they are getting slammed for it online.
