A horrifying and tragic situation unfolded on Wednesday afternoon at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl 58 parade, when multiple suspects opened f:ire during the celebration.

According to reports, a sh:o:oting at the parade has left one person de::ad, with another 10-15 said to be in:jured. Shortly after 3:00 p.m. EST, the Kansas City Police Department announced that they had two ar=med suspects in custody.

A chilling new video shared by the Raws Alerts X/Twitter account shows a KCTV5 reporter trying to report on the parade. Before he can speak, the crowd behind him is seen running away in terror after multiple gun shots were heard in the area:

According to Tom Winter of NBC News, federal law enforcement officials currently believe that the act was “criminal in nature” and not an act of “terrorism.”

The Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade began downtown at 12 p.m. EST, 11 a.m. Central Time.
