The Buffalo Bills will face the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs for the third time in the last four seasons on Sunday.
Buffalo has been hit hard by injuries this season and even had linebacker Terrel Bernard (ankle) and cornerback Taron Johnson (concussion) knocked out during Monday’s Wild Card win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Bernard missed practice on Thursday, while Johnson was limited. Wide receivers Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis were also among those sitting out.
Diggs is listed as “foot/vet rest” on the Bills’ injury report, while Davis is still dealing with a knee issue that kept him out of Buffalo’s postseason opener.
Diggs led the Bills in all three major receiving categories during the regular season, while Davis was second on the roster in receiving yards and touchdowns.
Buffalo and Kansas City will kick off at 6:30 p.m. ET Sunday on CBS. The winner will face either the Baltimore Ravens or Houston Texans in the AFC Championship Game next weekend.
