However, not everyone knows all the records that Tiger Woods has set after more than 25 professional competitions. Justin Ray – one of the world’s golf statistics experts has revealed some of Tiger Woods’ achievements that are hard to surpass.

1. Since 1950, “Super Tiger” is the only person to win 4 consecutive times in the same event. Tiger Woods even did this at two tournaments, Bay Hills (2000-2003) and Buick Invitational (2005-2008). Winning once is difficult, but winning four times in a row is probably something only Tiger Woods can do.

2. In the last 10 seasons of the PGA Tour, the percentage of golfers leading and creating a gap of 3 strokes after 54 holes and then winning the tournament the next day is 61.7%. Meanwhile, the number that Tiger Woods achieved in his career is 100%. “Super Tiger” had a 3-stroke advantage 25 times before the final day of competition and in all 25 tournaments, the contemporary legend of world golf won. Among them, 7 times this happened at Major tournaments.

3. An amazing thing is that in the 100th, 200th and 300th tournaments on the PGA Tour, Tiger Woods all won the championship. That was at the WGC Invitational 2000 (100), Buick Invitational 2006 (200) and The Players Championship 2013 (300). Besides, August is always the most sublime time for Tiger Woods. “Super Tiger” has won 15 PGA Tour titles, including four August Major championships throughout his career.

With the records and numbers above, it will probably be a long time before the golf world can find an all-round golfer like Tiger Woods. This makes “Super Tiger” even greater in the eyes of golf fans around the world.
