Kim, 38, has reportedly spent the past few months negotiating with the PGA Tour and LIV Golf, per Golf.com.

Eyeing a comeback this spring, he is believed to have been ramping up workouts and hitting the course more often.

LIV initially didn’t express interest in signing the golfer, per the report.

But once the word of his potential return spread, key players – including Dustin Johnson – emphasized Kim’s potential value, leading to an offer from the Saudi-backed league.

LIV is said to have offered the cult golf hero a one-year deal worth around $10 million, covering his insurance policy worth a similar amount.

Golf.com said the policy – which would be voiced if he returned to competition – has been a central issue in negotiations.

The deal would allow Kim to earn prize money and cash in sponsorship on top of the $10 million payout.

The ex-Oklahoma standout claimed three PGA Tour wins after turning pro in 2006.

In 2008, he triumphed at the Wachovia Championship and AT&T National, notably hosted by Tiger Woods.

The following year, Kim set the record for most birdies in a Masters round with 11 at Augusta.

After winning the 2010 Shell Houston Open, he became only the fifth player under 25 to rack up three PGA Tour wins in 30 years, joining Woods, Phil Mickelson, Sergio Garcia, and Adam Scott.

The golf star ranked as high as No. 6 in the world’s ranking before his sudden disappearance.

Kim made $12.2 million in career earnings, per the PGA Tour.

In addition to his on-course achievements, he gained a pop culture status thanks to his friendship with NBA legend Michael Jordan.
