The photographer claims he posted it on his Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts in June as part of the ‘Way Back Wednesday’ craze.
In new legal documents, Catherine states that it garnered over 1.2million likes on Instagram alone – for which she is seeking royalties, claiming the Uptown Funk hitmaker didn’t ask her permission to use her work.

TMZ reports she is suing Bruno and his record label, Warner Music, for damages and all profits they earned from her photo.

The Grenade singer, who used to perform alongside his family in his father’s 17-strong stage shows, moved on to R&B in his teens.

Meanwhile, Bruno was the big winner at the 2017 American Music Awards held Sunday night at the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles.
He scooped seven of the eight awards he was nominated for – but missed out on attending the ceremony.

The Grammy-winning star, who was playing at the Praça da Apoteose in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, was able to lend his presence in a special clip he recorded for the show.
‘That’s the profile of the Artist Of The Year!’ he said, as he was initially seated from his side. ‘Thank you, AMAs, thank you, hooligans.
