Taylor Swift Is in Her Bridal Era—She Just Stepped Out in a White Wedding Dress-Inspired Gown at the 2024 Grammy Awards

There’s only one way to say it: Taylor Swift looks like a bride at the 2024 Grammy Awards. The artist, whose album Midnights is nominated for Album of the Year, arrived at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles just before the February 4, 2024, event kicked off, stepping out in what appeared to be a wedding dress. The all-white strapless ensemble by Schiaparelli Haute Couture, featuring a pleated bodice and a high slit with major volume at the hip, quickly became the fashion moment of the evening. This isn’t surprising, considering the fact that she and boyfriend Travis Kelce—who was unable to be with Swift on her big night as he prepares for next weekend’s Super Bowl game—have been sparking engagement rumors over the last few weeks.
While Swift’s Grammys attire was decidedly aisle-inspired (and Reputation coded, since the look was also a reference to the black-and-white album cover), she punched up her look with all-black accessories, which gave her ensemble some award show-appropriate, rocker edge. Layered diamond necklaces from Lorraine Schwartz, including a black clock choker set to midnight (so clever!), and black peep-toe pumps completed the look—and a side-swept reverse braid kept all the attention on every meaningful detail.
Yes, Swift turned every head on the Grammys red carpet—and later in the evening, commanded the room’s full attention when she entered the arena fashionably late. Host Trevor Noah had some fun with her sudden appearance—she strutted right by the stage, covering her face with a fold-up fan—and took the chance to highlight one of her greatest milestone achievements to date. “If Taylor wins tonight, she will become the first artist ever to win Album of the Year four times—we could see history here tonight,” he said during his opening monologue.
