Jennifer Lawrence continued what appeared to be a recurring theme on Monday evening as she marked her arrival at the official after-party for latest film Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1.
The American actress led the way for the second time that night after joining her cast-mates at the Los Angeles bash shortly after the city’s Nokia Theatre played host to its LA premiere.
Jennifer, 24, opted to switch the Dior Couture gown that dominated the red carpet for a comparatively subdued black evening dress, distinctive by virtue of its halterneck detail.
Jennifer was joined at the after-party by a host of stars from the new film – amongst them Jena Malone, whose blood red evening dress, complete with thigh-high slash, ensured she was not overshadowed.

For the premiere downtown Los Angeles’s Nokia Theatre LA Live was transformed into Panem’s Capitol.
Instead of a red carpet, there was shiny white flooring and Peacekeepers patrolling across it, while Katniss’s Mockingjay pin was dotted around the place and fiery torches added even more drama.
Another actress catching the eye was Julianne Moore – who looked positively vibrant in contrast to her ashen character, Alma Coin.
In a new interview for More magazine, Julianne shared that ever since she became a fan of the novels, she knew she was destined to play the part of the ruthless District 13 ruler.
Her children, Caleb, 16, and Liv, 12, were also excited that they would be seeing their mother in a movie they could actually watch. The actress said: ‘Most of the films I make are not for kids.
‘My son was in line for the midnight show when The Hunger Games first came out. They both loved the books. For them, my being in Mockingjay was fairly meaningful.’
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part One hits cinemas in the US on November 21 and the UK on November 20.
