Jennifer Lawrence struggled through a late night talk show while battling a severe hangover.

The 27-year-old Oscar winner had been celebrating hard at the premiere of her new film, Mother!, in New York on Wednesday.

And then on Thursday she taped a chat with US talk show host Seth Meyers.

Handed a glass of red wine, the actress sipped away while also struggling through the interview.

“I am morbidly hungover,” she warned as she cracked into the red wine.

“I really never do this. My entire family was in town. A lot of friends came in town… We were just shouting each other out last night,” she said of her premiere celebrations.

She also explained it was awkward for her watching her new movie – filmed by her director boyfriend Darren Aronofsky, 48 – with her parents.

“It was an odd choice to have my entire family for this particular movie,” she began.

“I wasn’t really wearing a bra very much and every time there would be a shot my father would go [gasp!] at the outline of my nipple,” she laughed.

Sharing more alcohol related stories, JLaw also revealed she once threw beer over a rude fan who told her to “f**k off” when she rejected his request for a selfie.

“At that point something just snapped inside of me. Which of course could not have been because of the alcohol,” the actress said.

“So I just started dousing beer all over him! And all over his suitcase. Before a friend grabbed me from behind and just said: ‘Don’t waste beer!’” she laughed.

JLaw’s new film, Mother! – which has divided critics – is released in the UK today.
