Kareena Kapoor parenting taimur

Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan are raising their children Taimur and Jeh in the public eye and in a recent interview, actor Jaideep Ahlawat said that both Kareena and Saif are very careful about inculcating good manners in their little ones. Jaideep said that during the shoot of Jaane Jaan, he met Taimur and found him to be an inquisitive child who is well behaved.

Talking to Mashable India, Jaideep said Kareena’s kids were accompanying her on the shoot of Jaane Jaan. He shared, “Taimur, especially, is a very inquisitive kid. He asks questions like what is this, what is happening, what are you playing? Then I was confused as to how do I tell him what am I playing?” He shared that even Saif was there for the shoot and he introduced Jaideep as the leading man of Kareena’s film.

“Saif sir said ‘he is the main man, he is the leading man in mumma’s film’. Taimur then said ‘okay, all the best’. He said all the best and went off. Completely in style, professionally. He is a very smart kid, upfront, very confident,” he said. He also said that Saif and Kareena are very particular that Taimur picks up after himself and is aware of not wasting any food. “Kareena and Saif are always like pick up your things, why did you leave the book, pick it up and put it there. The little habits that you inculcate in the child, like not wasting food, all those things,” he shared.

Kareena has previously spoken about Taimur getting a lot of attention in public and how he is sometimes treated like a “VIP.” “So, he keeps asking me that, ‘Am I a VIP?’ and I am like ‘no, you are not. May be your parents are… I don’t know. But you are not, you are nothing’. So he is like growing with this to understand that ‘my parents are this. I don’t know why they keep clicking me. I need to do something with my life’. So we are being very honest with him,” she shared with Forbes India.
