Deepika praises Tauba Tauba.

Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri’s film Bad Newz is causing waves at the box office. Within a week, the film earned nearly Rs 50 crore at the domestic box office. Makers of the film had earlier released Vicky Kaushal and Tripti Dimri’s Tauba Tauba song ahead of the film and the Karan Aujla song has taken over the country.

Recently, Deepika Padukone also jumped on the Tauba Tauba bandwagon. In her latest post about self-care, the actress shared a series of selfies and attached the song to the post. She wrote, “I just HAD to use this track because I love it and anyway it’s coming out of people’s ears no? (Woman shrugging and grinning face with sweat emojis).”

Backed by producers Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra, and Anand Tiwari, Bad Newz is a rom-com that features a fresh trio of talents – Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk. The film’s offbeat storyline, where Dimri’s character finds out she’s expecting twins from two different fathers, portrayed by Kaushal and Virk, has intrigued audiences and sparked curiosity about the movie’s plot.

Vicky Kaushal has also been grabbing attention for his dance moves in the Tauba Tauba song. Besides this, his sizzling chemistry with Triptii in the intimate song Jaanam has also grabbed everyone’s attention. Directed by Anand Tiwari, Bad Newz also features Neha Dhupia.

Meanwhile, Deepika Padukone is expecting her first child with Ranveer Singh. The two announced their pregnancy in February this year. Yesterday, it was reported that Deepika is not planning to resume work anytime soon. Reportedly, the actress wants to be a “hands-on” mother and therefore has rejected the third season of The White Lotus. Reportedly, the actress is planning to focus her time on her impending motherhood and is therefore not signing any new project.

“Deepika loves children. She bonds with them instinctively. You can be sure there will be no nannys or nanas to look after her child when it is born…I don’t think Deepika would ever let Ranveer share in parental chores. She will be a 100% hands-on mother,” a source cited by Times Now claimed.
