As she wrote in her Instagram post’s caption, Padukone is consistent when it comes to wellness. She expanded on this in the post’s third paragraph. “It’s no secret that I love a good workout. And that I don’t work out to ‘look good’ but in fact to ‘feel fit’. Exercise has been part of my lifestyle for as long as I can remember. However, whenever I can’t fit in a workout, I practice *This Simple 5-Minute Routine. TBT, I practice this routine everyday! I find it especially useful after a long flight or even just to decompress.”

She Does Yoga
Padukone likes to practice yoga to keep herself in shape. She shared what pose she was doing and the benefits in the caption of her Instagram post. *Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose) In Sanskrit, *viparita* means “inverted” and *karani* translates to “in action.” This active inversion position is also called the restful inversion. Lying with your legs up against the wall can benefit your mental and physical health. From calming the nervous system to strengthening immune health, this ancient posture offers so much, especially in our stressful and busy world.”

She Eats A Balanced Diet
Padukone opened up about her diet in the caption of this Instagram post. She revealed that she eats a balanced diet. “Surprised to see this on my feed? Well, I eat! And I eat well! Ask anyone who knows me. So don’t believe anything else you might hear or read. The trick? Balance, Consistency and Listening to YOUR Body. I’ve always, for as long as I can remember, followed a ‘Balanced Diet’. And it is for me ‘a way of life’. I’ve never followed a diet that I cannot be consistent with or one that is a fad.”

She’s Proud Of Her Ambition
Padukone is very ambitious, and she’s proud of that. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Ambition can feel like a dirty word in the era of quiet quitting and the Great Resignation. Many people have realized that an always-striving mindset can come at a cost to mental wellness. Research has also linked chasing extrinsic goals, such as power, to anxiety and depression. But is abandoning your ambition outright the secret to inner peace? Not necessarily. Instead, research suggests, the key is harnessing your ambition for a goal that serves your well-being.”

Padukone likes to go hiking to stay in shape. She shared this video of herself hiking on Instagram. She also shared this photo of herself in the forest. Harvard Health states that hiking is a great workout. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”
