GROWING up, Juju Ferrari wanted nothing more than to have an hourglass figure like her idol Kim Kardashian.
But since splurging £42,000 on cosmetic procedures to get “the world’s biggest bum”, the social media influencer, 35, now says she hates her appearance.
After having nearly a litre of fillers – including industrial silicone, which can be deadly – injected into each buttock in November, Juju has been left with a droopy derriere.
She says she now struggles with “basic exercise” and deeply regrets changing her “nice, round butt that matched” her body into one that’s “grotesque” and “out of proportion”.
Juju, from São Paulo, Brazil, claims she’s been bombarded with “insulting comments” on Instagram that affected her so badly that she now edits her photos to make her appear less curvy.
“The hate is varied,” she told The Sun. “Women usually attack me saying my butt is grotesque and out of the ordinary.
“I’m harassed by mothers too and had several comments claiming I’m not a good mother because I like to look ‘hot’.
“I can’t take any more criticism and comments about my butt anymore so I decided to make it look smaller and reduce my curves in Photoshop.”
‘Kim K & Cardi B inspired me’
Juju had longed to change her appearance since her teenage years when she regularly compared herself to classmates and didn’t feel “as curvy or sexy” as them.
Initially, she hoped to look “like Barbie but with a bigger butt” before being inspired by voluptuous stars Kim Kardashian and Cardi B.
Juju’s insecurities led her to fork out £85,000 ($100k) on plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures from the age of 20.
Among her extensive list of alterations are a boob job, liposuction, procedures to make her bum bigger and botox.
She said: “I always believed that a woman’s power of seduction was in her butt and because I had a small one, I wasn’t sexy enough.
“I wanted to have one of the biggest butts in the world but it kind of got out of control.
While Juju initially felt empowered by her heavily altered appearance, she’s now full of regret, particularly over her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
The surgery, which involves harvesting fat from other areas of your body and transferring it to your bottom, is known to be high risk.
The NHS said: “The risk of death for BBL surgery is at least 10 times higher than many other cosmetic procedures, and it has the highest death rate of all cosmetic procedures.”
Unbeknown to Juju, the first BBL injection included dangerous “industrial silicone” and “hydrogel”, which absorbs water.
She said: “When I had the injections I was in pain, my butt felt heavy, I was tired, I couldn’t walk afterward and then my skin tore.
“At the time, the person who applied the injections told me that I wouldn’t have any risks, so I feel like I was deceived.
“The industrial silicone ended up leaving my butt saggy and like each butt cheek was being pulled down.”
‘I regret it’
Over time, painful purple bumps appeared on Juju’s butt.
She said: “At first, I didn’t feel much of a difference and thought my butt was getting more prominent and defined, even though I couldn’t walk for four days.
“As time went by I started to regret the work I had done because I had a nice, round butt that matched my body before.”
Juju’s since sworn off butt injections and has had to undergo further procedures to fix her drooping derriere.
Reflecting on the previous procedural mishaps, She said: “I was left with a butt that was very disproportionate for my body.
“I have to use these sustaining gold threads to be able to put on bikinis and tight clothes and hide that my butt was drooping.”
It’s not just the aesthetics that have been affected. Juju says her ability to perform basic day-to-day tasks has been impeded too.
“I can’t do many activities,” she said. “I have pain when I go to the gym and running on a treadmill is quite complicated because of the weight of my butt.
“I’ll have to undergo continuous treatments for the rest of my life and need to be careful not to get any kind of infection.
“I regret having the procedures done now and I’ll have to live with the consequences of my choices.”
Mum-of-four Juju used to post saucy snaps online and had an OnlyFans page until comments about her appearance spiralled out of control.
“I’ve suffered many attacks on social media and am a victim of internet toxicity,” she said.
“It was mainly from women. Men reacted positively to my photos but because I dress in a sexier style they were getting disrespectful.
“After the birth of my fourth child, I started to receive more invasive and disrespectful messages.”
Juju, who is considering having all of her injectables removed, now urges others not to make the same mistakes as her.
She said: “I’d warn girls and boys not to follow any type of ‘fashionable’ looks like I did when I wanted to be like Kim Kardashian, it’s not worth it.”
