Earlier this year, Hilton made a surprise announcement that her and her husband had welcomed their first child together via surrogate.

A month later in February, she revealed the mythological moniker they had named their son on her podcast, This Is Paris.

In the episode, she read an excerpt from her book, Paris: The Memoir, as she shared the news and revealed her desire to name her future children after cities like herself.
