While Kim Kardashian has repeatedly denied plastic surgery rumours, some fans are still convinced she’s gone under the knife and have pointed to her ‘insane’ body as proof

Kim Kardashian has been accused of undergoing plastic surgery procedures as fans have been left shocked by her “insane” body.

The 43-year-old reality star has been a hot topic of conversation recently, with many people accusing Kim of changing her appearance after spotting a “collapsed nostril” which many put down to “botched” surgery. Speculation was fuelled further when Kim attended a swanky event in Los Angeles and fans were convinced they noticed “lumps” across her jaw.

However, it’s not just a recent phenomenon, and one fan has now taken to TikTok to share an unearthed clip of Kim with her children. After watching the video, many other fans have become convinced she has had a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).

The clip showed Kim talking to her son Psalm West during an episode of The Kardashians. The SKIMS founder wore skintight black leather trousers and a low-cut top which showed off her incredible figure.

Over the top of the video, it said: “Kim’s body is insane.” Fans rushed to the comments to share their shock at Kim’s curvy body, with one person writing: “The best bbl.” Another fan agreed, responding: “Personally think they look ridic on most. but I cnt help but like kk.”

“Yes insanely not real!!” one fan blasted, while a fourth person added: “Ikr,and she’s had to many procedures done to her face Botox whatever it’s called.” Someone else claimed: “Not born with that body, none of them were born with the body they now have, including the mom.”

However, some fans rushed to Kim’s defence. “All the hate actually just shows how perfect she is and people just hate how can u hate the Kardashian’s ffs,” one person commented

Another still believed Kim has had surgery, but insisted it didn’t matter. “The best body money can buy but it is nice and she is extremely gorgeous,” they wrote. A third fan gushed: “She looks good.”

Kim was recently surrounded by surgery rumours after she sat courtside with her son Saint West at a basketball game. Photos of Kim at the game were shared on social media, with many fans convinced she had “botched” surgery which has forced her nostril to “collapse”. Some accused the mother-of-four of trying to “hide” any surgery she might have had by wearing huge sunglasses.

Kim spent most of the indoor game sat wearing her sunglasses. “Notice how she’s always covering up her face whenever up and about/public outings,” one fan said as the snaps were shared on Reddit. “Ooof. That nose is too small for her face (particularly those overfilled cheeks),” another critic said.

She later stepped out at a star-studded event in Las Vegas. After seeing pictures from the party, some fans claimed she had lumps across her jaw that hinted at cosmetic procedures. “She just needs to stop with these procedures,” one Reddit fan wrote. “The more she does, the [w]orse she looks. Those lips, the makeup, the chisel, – TOO MUCH!” a second added.

Kim has consistently denied claims she has had plastic surgery and also insisted she has never had filler in her face. “I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips,” she revealed to Allure.

Kim has always been surrounded by questions about her nose, with some people convinced she had surgery on it. However, she says it’s all down to clever contouring. “People always say I’ve had a nose job and they’ll use before and after pictures, but the after picture is really taken before,” Kim told Harper’s Bazaar.
