Emma Watson while filming Noah was under a lot of pressure and stress as she had to shoot while she was ill, thus making the scenes look real. The movie turned out to be very exhausting for her as she did not leave her apartment for many weeks and needed time to put herself back together.
She also shared that, though filming for Noah was very tiring, it did not even come close to what she went through while filming for the Harry Potter movies in her early days. They would have to shoot early in the morning, even before dawn, or sometimes in the freezing cold. She says that her role as Hermione Granger prepared her for any roles that they throw at her.
