Kim Zolciak has officially spoken out to deny the ‘hurtful allegations’ made by estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, after he accused her of ‘f***ing other men’ in police bodycam footage.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star, 45 – whose marriage to the former NFL star is ‘unfixable’ – issued a statement via a link on her main Instagram page on Saturday which then took her followers to an article on Celebuzz.

Last month, officers arrived to their home over a domestic dispute, and in bodycam videos, Kroy, 38, claimed their lives were ‘destroyed’ and also alleged that the ‘narcissistic’ TV personality has been with other men during their marriage.

However, in her own statement, Kim expressed, ‘The comments made in the body cam footage from Kroy who is obviously enraged are untrue.’

‘I vehemently deny any allegation that I have been unfaithful to Kroy at any point in our 12-year marriage. Any claim to the contrary is downright false, baseless, and slanderous.’

‘I have tried not to speak on these hurtful allegations, but I am at a breaking point with this and I will not stay silent when my character is being assassinated,’ she emotionally continued.

Zolciak adamantly concluded with, ‘Any other allegations made from any videos that are in the press will be addressed by my legal team at an appropriate time.’

She shared a post on Instagram that had a throwback photo of herself posing with Kroy, and penned to her fans, ‘My official statement on allegations I cheated on Kroy. link in bio.’

In the footage, obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, Biermann accused his estranged wife of being a ‘narcissist,’ and he even shouts that she has been ‘f***ing other men.’

The video clips offered new context to the shouting match, which was so intense that one of couple’s four youngest children called 911 for help.

A wild-eyed Biermann could be seen complaining about his ex and insulting her as he speaks with a responding officer, and he appears unable to calm himself even after law enforcement arrives.

The bodycam video opens with an officer arriving at the couple’s house in Milton, Georgia, which they put on the market for $6 million in October in homes of escaping foreclosure.

He arrived at the home’s garage, where Kroy can be seen leaning in toward the driver-side window of a white range rover while Kim sits in it with the lights on.

When the officer asked what is happening between the two, Biermann replied in an almost cheery tone, ‘We’re just having an argument.’

However, in her own statement, Kim expressed, ‘The comments made in the body cam footage from Kroy who is obviously enraged are untrue’

When quizzed about it, he said the argument was about ‘our f***ing life!’ while raising his hands in the air. ‘It’s destroyed!’ he continued, again flapping his arms up in the air.

When the officer, who sounded flustered at Kroy’s tone, asked what had precipitated the fight, the former athlete blamed it on ‘her inability to f***ing solve problems, or address them, or do anything!’

At one point, the police officer tried to get Kroy to explain why he was getting ‘so heated.’ But, he didn’t turn down the temperature at all and instead repeated, ‘Because our life is destroyed!’

He then paused for a couple seconds with his eyes wide and his mouth hanging open while he held his arms stretched straight out to his sides.

‘What don’t you understand?!’ he asked aggressively.

An officer also spoke to Kim who was sitting in the driver’s seat of a white SUV, and she claimed that Kroy had been ‘screaming at me for hours like a crazy person.’

While seemingly on the verge of tears, the reality star told the officer that she simply wanted a divorce from the former NFL player.

Her latest statement comes after Zolciak and Biermann’s friends reportedly believe their marriage is unfixable.

Despite the explosive row last month, insiders informed TMZ that Zolciak and Biermann managed to briefly mend fences.

Eventually, however, the combined weight of their relationship issues – including their quarrels over money and property – reportedly became too much to sustain.

Their marriage is said to be irretrievably broken to the point that even therapy would be insufficient to mend their relationship.

According to insiders, friends of the couple have reached the conclusion that a breakup would be the least harmful option for their children.

The estranged couple has also being facing piling money woes, with Kim recently being sued by Chase Bank for $4k in unpaid credit card bills, per TMZ.

According to the outlet, the reality star’s unpaid dues date all the way back to November 2022.

Last month, the former NFL player was also sued by Chase Bank which alleged he owed $13,071.88 in credit card debt.

Kim has recently faced other financial difficulties, such as being sued by Bank of America for not paying off credit card payments.

Zolciak reportedly owes the bank a large sum of $56,224.07, according to legal documents also obtained by TMZ in November.

Earlier this year in May, it was previously reported that the pair owe $1.1 million in unpaid taxes, penalties and interest to the IRS.

The two stars also owe $15k to the state of Georgia due to unpaid taxes from 2018.

Kroy is dealing with money woes his own, and earlier this month, it was revealed the sports star was being sued by his own attorney due to unpaid legal fees.

Amid the pair’s financial issues, Kim has previously put up some of Kroy’s designer shoes for sale as well as her own designer items – such as luxurious bags.
