‘You want me to show you what to do when somebody gets on your nerves?’

CHARLES Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal make for some of the most exciting sports television – and they don’t even play basketball anymore.

With Luka Doncic on set for TNT’s Inside the NBA, the two Hall of Fame stars still couldn’t hold back their antics.

On Thursday night, Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith, Charles, and Shaq welcomed the Dallas Mavericks five-time All-Star guard live in Studio J in Atlanta.

The night prior, the Mavericks were blown out on national television in a 132-109 loss to the Phoenix Suns.

During the disaster of a game, Doncic and a fan exchanged words, resulting in the former Rookie of the Year pleading with referees to eject the Suns viewer from the game.

As a result, the fan was whisked away and sent off.

Ernie, the host of Inside the NBA, wouldn’t have been doing his journalism background justice without pressing on the topic, so that’s just what he did, leading to Doncic’s response live on air.

“It was just a lot of emotions,” the Slovenian admitted.

“Probably shouldn’t have done that. When I’m wrong, I admit it.”

Shaq decided to make light of the issue, jokingly asking, “You want me to show you what to do when somebody gets on your nerves?”

The 7-foot-1 big man immediately beelined it for Charles, who started searching for cover.

At last, Chuckster hid behind Doncic, using him as a human shield.

“Hey, don’t hurt this man. He got the All-Star game to play,” Charles said in fear of Shaq.

Doncic shared a laugh with the crew despite their shenanigans.

On the show, he was also announced as an All-Star starter.

The other Western Conference starters joining him are Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Kevin Durant, LeBron James, and Nikola Jokić.

The All-Star Game will be held on February 18 in Indianapolis.
