The NBA has released their Last Two Minute Report for Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors
The NBA has released their Last Two Minute Report for Saturday night’s Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors game, and it is an extensive one. With this game going to double overtime, there was a lot to break down in the Last Two Minute Report, including the very controversial foul against Steph Curry on his boxout of Anthony Davis in the last 30 seconds of regulation.

With Golden State trailing by one point with 28.9 seconds remaining, Curry was whistled for a foul against Davis while attempting to boxout the Lakers big man. In their Last Two Minute report, the NBA deemed this to be the correct call, stating, “Curry (GSW) makes contact with Davis’ (LAL) left arm and pulls it away from the ball, which affects Davis’ ability to secure the rebound.”
There were only two calls on the Last Two Minute Report that were deemed incorrect, and both involved Warriors forward Draymond Green. The first came with just over a minute remaining in regulation when Green should have been called for a defensive three second violation. The play resulted in a turnover for the Lakers.
The second and final missed call on the Last Two Minute Report came with 7.3 seconds left in double overtime, when the NBA says Green should have been called for an offensive foul prior to Curry’s go-ahead three.

There was a lot to break down in this one, and according to the NBA, those two missed calls were the only incorrect rulings down the stretch of this game. Everything else was deemed correctly called, including Draymond Green’s foul on LeBron James that led to the game-winning free throws.
