After being asked on the Afterbuzz TV segment which of Swift, Ariana Grande, and Katy Perry he would vote out of the competition, Kelce grudgingly voted Grande out before declaring he would marry Perry and kiss Swift.

A few weeks following Swift’s July 2023 stop in Kansas City, when Kelce was spotted in the audience at The Eras Tour, the football player disclosed that he made an attempt to meet the “Lavender Haze” singer during the performance.

I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings,” Kelce said on his podcast New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, which he co-hosts with his NFL player brother.

“If you’re up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets, and I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it,” he added.
