There he bought another house for 6 million dollars. The star split from Joe Alwyn in early 2023 after six years together. According to a report by The Sun, Taylor made the purchase shortly before the holidays for around $12.5 million. The singer is reportedly planning to make it her base when she travels to Europe.

Apparently, the artist had started renovation work on the property. “He loves the culture and atmosphere of the city and feels especially at home in North London, so this property makes perfect sense.” A source told the London publication.
