Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s son Taimur Ali Khan’s nanny Lalita D’Silva recently spoke about Kareena’s parenting style. In an interview, Lalita called the Jab We Met star “disciplined” and revealed that she spends as much time as possible with her sons, Taimur and Jeh Ali Khan, often calling them on set even if she has only a 30-minute break.

Speaking on the YouTube channel Hindi Rush, Lalita said, “Kareena is very disciplined and punctual. She schedules her timetable and the kids’ timetable as well. She tries to spend as much time as she can with the kids. We would often take Taimur and Jeh to her shoots so that she could spend time with them during her half-hour or hour-long breaks. We would have lunch together during the break.”

She added, “Wherever the shoot is in Mumbai, if she has time in between, she would call us. Even I used to think that even if it is for 30 or 20 minutes, just having her in front of them is more than enough.”

ecalling one instance when while visiting the set at Mehboob Studios, Taimur got scared of Akshay Kumar, Lalita D’Silva said, “We would take Taimur to Mehboob Studio. One time he got scared of Akshay Kumar’s look when the shooting of his film Laxmii was going on but there are many other things to distract kids so we would distract him and he would be fine.”

During her earlier interaction with the media, Kareena Kapoor recalled how Taimur would complain about her hectic work trips and insisted on spending time with her . She said, “I feel that boys who see not just their father, but also their mothers work, have some sort of respect for the fact that I can also be busy. Today they had a holiday and wanted me to be home but I told them I have to go to work. Taimur was like, ‘You are always going to Delhi and Dubai for work, I want to be with you.’ I told him that work is important too and I promise to come back and give him more time so that he doesn’t feel neglected in any way.”
