One of the hottest estates in the Hamptons – previously rented by the likes of Beyoncé and Justin Bieber – is back on the market for $37million after taking a $13million price cut.

The mansion at 612 Halsey Lane, known as Sandcastle, was once listed for $50million.

It sits on a sprawling 12 acres and features a combined 16 bedrooms and 13.5 baths across its main residence and charming pool house.

It is one of a number of impressive properties in Bridgehampton, a ritzy hamlet on Long Island where the median home price is estimated at just under $4 million.

An A-list of celebrities have stayed at the Sandcastle, including Madonna, Justin Bieber and musical power couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z, whose daughter Blue Ivy spent her first summer there.

In 2012, Beyoncé and Jay Z paid $400,000 to rent the mansion for the month of August, just seven months after the birth of their daughter.

Madonna stayed at the house for five days in the summer of 2015.

And Justin Bieber – who once played the piano for the property developer’s own children – tried to rent the home while he was touring in 2016, but Farrell refused, as his family was using it as their primary residence.

Instead, the developer lent him another mansion for free. Bieber also stayed at Sandcastle over a weekend in 2017.

Several other celebrities have called Bridgehampton home over the years.

This includes reality TV star and businesswoman Bethenny Frankel, who put her property up for sale in 2018 – it officially sold in February 2020 for $2.28million.

Actress and model Christie Brinkley once owned two homes in the hamlet.

Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick have twin Victorians located across the street from one another.

Last year, Parker listed her 1940s cottage on Booking.com to offer one pair of lucky fans a glamorous weekend getaway.
