The Chester-based band made a mark on the charts with hits including Wide Open Space, Attack Of The Grey Lantern and Negative.

Dominic joined the group after being kicked out of university and was part of the chart stars antics until the band split up in 2003.

After eight years together, a press release for Mansun stated: “The life of the group had come to an end.”

At the time, Dominic told how things were “amicable” in the split and “there was nothing sinister about it.”

Yet later it was revealed band member Paul Draper had fled to the US and not updated the lads on when he would return.

Things took another bitter twist when he blamed Dominic for the split – even claiming he tried to boot him out of the band completely.

At the time, Dominic refuted the claims and took to social media to write: “Since late 2006 I have tried to have no contact with Paul Draper and he has failed to respect that on numerous occasions.

“I must state publicly that it is my choice to have nothing to do with him; he is not welcome to engage with me, my family or friends or continue to try contacting me through my place of work.”

While the drama was playing out, Dominic studied at the Oxford School of Sports Massage.

He now works as a sports massage therapist.

His LinkedIn page now states he is a self-employed “Sport and Remedial Massage Practitioner.”

He has been working in his new career for the past six years.

The star has also revamped his look, shaving off his lengthy locks.

He also has rugged stubble on his face cutting a completely different look from his music fame days.
