Jesse McCartney rose to fame with his breakout single Beautiful Soul in 2004, but some fans say he looks like he’s barely aged since his debut almost 20 years ago
Pop star Jesse McCartney looks like he’s barely aged since his rise to fame with smash hit Beautiful Soul.
The singer and former Disney star was just 17 years old when he released his emotional ballad debut Beautiful Soul, which made a name for him as a singer and gave him a Platinum record.
After releasing his breakout single, Jesse went on to co-write Leona Lewis’ debut single Bleeding Love with Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic and release a total of six studio albums.
For the singer’s birthday earlier this year, the couple shared a sweet photo of them together posing at dinner, as he wrote: “Hoppy 36th Birthday to Me!”, to mark both Easter and his birthday.

Another added: “Hoppy 36th young man! You don’t age dude! Lol, love u”.
The star also has had a successful acting career, appearing in Disney shows The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and Hannah Montana, as well as films Alvin and The Chipmunks and Horton Hears a Who!.
He’s also an established voice actor, lending his voice to many films and video games.

Aside from singing and acting, Jesse also appeared as a guest judge on the American version of I Can See Your Voice in 2020 and made an appearance on The Masked Singer USA in 2020, fooling viewers as he appeared as Turtle and bagged runner-up slot.
However, he’s still releasing music almost twenty years on since his breakout with Beautiful Soul, releasing his latest album New Stage in 2021.
The star previously opened up on how his marriage to wife Katie has changed his music.

Speaking to Billboard about his new music in 2021, the star said: “I’ve given myself to so many people over the years. I’ve really been a part of so many people’s lives.
“And I think what’s special for me is that I’m going to be a part of this one person’s life in a much more meaningful way.
“That represents a new chapter, it represents a new stage. That sense of gratitude that I have is just overwhelming.”
