Dr. Dre  bought the home in 1999 for $2.35 million according to property records.

The secluded property is hidden below L.A.’s Woodland Hills and has long been owned by the tycoon and record producer.

The super-size mansion takes up half an acre in a guard-gated community and has unique features including its own plush cinema-style screening room, as well as two kitchens and a a 150-gallon fish tank.

Guests won’t be left sleeping on the sofa because the property has eight bedrooms and an attached guesthouse.

Dr Dre is the third richest man in the music industry, with an estimated $770 million fortune.
