Jason Kelce has revealed he could go and watch brother Travis in action for the Kansas City Chiefs this weekend.

The Eagles center, who is set to retire from football, and his Philadelphia teammates were eliminated from the playoffs on Monday night by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

It means Jason is now free of football for the rest of the season and has some spare time in his schedule, which he could use to go and cheer on his little brother.

Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs are scheduled to play in Buffalo on Sunday night in a highly-anticipated divisional round game against the Bills.

Speaking from the Eagles facility on Wednesday, Jason was asked what he’s got planned for the coming weeks.

A report emerged last week that claimed Taylor Swift has an ‘awkward’ relationship with Jason and his wife Kylie after she said she doesn’t like the spotlight

He replied: ‘I don’t know. That’s one of the beautiful things about the offseason, it’s unscheduled. Obviously, my brother is still in the playoffs.

‘I don’t get to watch him play very often so maybe I’ll get an opportunity to go watch one of those games this week.’

If Kelce does decide to go to the game, he will no doubt be joined by their supportive mom Donna and father Ed.

But he and wife Kylie, if she decides to attend as well, could face an awkward reunion with Travis’ girlfriend Taylor Swift.

That’s because in a bombshell report from Life and Style magazine last week, it was claimed Swift doesn’t have the warmest relationship with Jason and Kylie.

Jason and Kylie have apparently not made the singer feel too welcome and comments made to the media about their relationship have upset Swift.

In November, before Jason’s Eagles team played the Chiefs in Kansas City, Kylie gave an interview saying that the spotlight ‘is not particularly my cup of tea’ and that she prefers to watch games from the stands rather than the luxury suits from where Swift cheers the Chiefs.

Swift has met Kelce’s parents – mom Donna and father Ed – but so far, there have been no pictures of her meeting with Jason, who Travis is extremely close to, or Kylie.

Life and Style quoted a source as saying: ‘Taylor hasn’t had the best reception from Jason and his wife.’

Kylie’s quotes about the spotlight particularly irked Swift, with the source adding: ‘Taylor took that personally and since then it’s been very awkward.’

Jason has seen his profile spiral due to his closeness with Travis – the two host the massively successful New Heights podcast together – but the older Kelce brother is typically more reserved than Travis.

‘Taylor understands that it can be exhausting, but she can’t help that everything she does becomes front-page news,’ the source added to Life and Style.

Jason often quizzes Travis about his personal life on their podcast but has always appeared extremely supportive of his relationship with Swift.

And as far as Kylie is concerned, she publicly rejected suggestions her ‘spotlight’ comments were meant as criticism of Taylor.

In a follow-up TikTok post, Kylie criticized a headline suggesting she was being critical, saying: ‘Go watch that video. I said it’s not my cup of tea to have attention on me. I didn’t say that. That seems like a stretch to me. You’re reaching!’.

And soon after that, she used a Taylor Swift song on a TikTok video about her four-year-old daughter, Wyatt.

‘If you’re gonna try to make a headline out of this, you better offer a suggestion of a better audio…because there isn’t one,’ Kylie said, paying tribute to Swift in a heartfelt post about her child.

Swift was meant to be at the Eagles-Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium in November but was forced to move a tour date in Brazil to the date of the game, with her initial show postponed due to extreme heat.

She reportedly planned to bring her parents to the game to meet Donna and Ed, and it would have been a natural opportunity for her to have met Jason and Kylie as wel
