Macaulay Culkin, arguably the most recognizable child actor from the ’90s, took to Reddit last night to conduct an AMA.
He was there mostly to promote his new podcast, Bunny Ears, and website by the same bizarre name, but mostly answered fans’ lingering questions about his career.
One of his most interesting answers, though, was in response to a question about Donald Trump’s now infamous cameo in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York from 1992.
A Reddit user with the incredibly apt username PutinsButtCheeks asked Culkin which Home Alone movie was his favorite.
Culkin said the first movie was more fun because they “didn’t know what [they] were walking into and it was a lot less flying all over the place,” since it was only shot in one place, Chicago.
But the kicker: it had “100% less Trump.”
During one brief scene in Home Alone 2, Culkin is wandering around a swanky hotel and asks a passerby—who happens to be Trump—where the lobby is.
The scene is shot in New York’s Plaza Hotel, which Trump purchased in 1988.
