It is quite exciting for fans to their favorite stars coming together to bring their charm to action flicks. But, the franchise is yet to bring Jackie Chan on screen. While they did tried their best to convince him, his request to join the fourth installment might have been quite difficult to comply with.
As per his 2014 interview with Den of Geek, he was approached for the fourth installment however he turned down the offer.
He wanted a face-off with just the Rocky star but the inclusion of a star-studded cast in addition to a small screen time was what made him take a step back from the film.

However, he turned down the offer. They even planned to unite in the Chinese action film, X-Traction. This time, the Tulsa King star backed out with John Cena taking over his role.
