Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have finally pulled the trigger on a new home in Los Angeles after searching far and wide for nearly two years. TMZ was the first to report, on May 31, that the couple purchased their new $61 million mansion just a week after making the offer.

And now what we’re all dying to know—what does one get for $61 million in Beverly Hills? Let me tell you: The estate has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, and sits on 5 acres.

In all, it’s 46,000 square feet (5,000 of which are dedicated to a sports facility, which tracks, as we all know J.Lo loves a workout!) and includes a cinema as well as a spa with a hair and nail salon. Dreamy!

Ben and Jen were first reported to be looking for a home back in 2021. Per TMZ, the couple went into escrow on a few homes but backed out prior to closing.

Between them, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have five children (Lopez shares twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony, and Affleck shares three kids with ex-wife Jennifer Garner), though they’ll each have plenty of space of their own in this house.

Last month Lopez sang Affleck’s praises while speaking with Hoda Kotb on Today, calling him “a wonderful, wonderful father. And a father figure to [twins Max and Emme] as well, because he has his own three beautiful children, and then there’s us.”

A beautiful blended family living all under one roof (well, probably, at least some of the time)? Just call them the Bennifer Bunch.
