Gwyneth Paltrow admits she has a hard time convincing her 16-year-old son, Moses, to take her wellness advice.
“He, like, barely will let me give him a vitamin,” the Goop founder, 50, told E! News on Thursday.
“So it’s also about knowing when to relent and, like, give him his space.”
Paltrow said that her son is a bit more open to doing workouts with her, including going on walks together.
“He likes to skateboard, too,” the “Iron Man” star added. “Often times, we’ll walk and he’ll skate next to me — that’s fun.”
Although Moses is not the biggest fan of his mother’s wellness tips, he is “proud” of some of the other products she helps promote through her lifestyle company.

Paltrow said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last year that her then-15-year-old first told her he was “really embarrassed” that she sold vibrators on her site, but then realized, “No, this is great — you’re making people feel not embarrassed to buy something, and that’s great. You’re a feminist.”
In her interview with E! News on Thursday, Paltrow noted that her daughter, Apple, is much more open to making health-conscious and wellness-related choices all on her own.
“She tends to be a little bit more wellness curious now at 18 than she was when she was kind of smack in the middle of her teens, so we’ll see,” the “Politician” star explained.

As for exercise regimens, the mother-daughter duo like to do a lot of workouts by celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, which Paltrow said is “really fun,” and Pilates.
