NOAH Cyrus has sparked concern after sharing questionable new photos of her wandering shirtless around a forest.

Noah, 23, was seen posing and running around a wooded area in the middle of the night.

The Make Me singer wore only a ruffled blue thong, leaving her midsection and large chest exposed as she covered up with her hands.

Some pics showed the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus holding her hands in a prayer position in front of her, while others showed her full bottom as she was seen in motion from behind.

She had her long, black hair left down and in front of her face, which added to the overall eeriness in some of the pics.

Noah also added a photo of the tattoo she has on her upper thigh, as well as a few pics of a nearby horse inside a fenced-in area.

She offered a slew of different emojis as the caption for the carousel post.

In the comments section, followers showed concern over the revealing photos and wondered if the child star was “okay.”

“Why is she always naked,” one person bluntly asked.

“Wtf she doing,” a second inquired, while a third wrote: “These are scary.”

“Is she okay? And it looks hella scary in those woods,” a fourth said.

A fifth commented: “Attention seeking I am afraid… no explanation for this, if it was a magazine post then sure but this just screams I want attention which she will not get because she does not have the je ne ca quoi.”

“Someone needs to contact a family member and get her some help,” another wrote.

Noah has been raising eyebrows with her newest looks this year, especially since debuting her new makeover.

In April, American Idol fans claimed the singer looked unrecognizable when she appeared as a guest mentor on the show.

She served as a celebrity coach to the second half of the Top 26 contestants performing at Disney’s Aulani Resort in Hawaii.

She showcased her unique style in a frilly white maxidress, tan lace-up boots, and a white crochet bonnet-style headpiece.

Noah has surely kicked up her fashion sense since dating German designer Pinkus.

While making her rounds at Paris Fashion Week, Noah dressed in all black for the Yohji Yamamoto Menswear Spring/Summer 2024 show.

However, it was her headgear that had everyone talking, as she topped off her look with a very wide-brimmed hat.

The black brim stretched beyond her shoulders, long enough to slump on the sides.

Earlier this month, Noah shared her newest look in an Instagram post that showed her rocking a much darker aesthetic.

The July songstress wore a long black sleeveless dress that fell past her feet.

Her jet-black hair hung to her waist and appeared to be a little damp.

Her dyed blonde eyebrows enhanced her minimal glam and brought more attention to her face.
