The 23-year-old actress didn’t hold back as she posed up a storm for a rather racy swimwear shoot at Le Royal Meridien Hotel, parading her impressive figure in a barely-there navy blue bejewelled two-piece.

Pouting doe-eyed as she worked her magic in front of the lens, the former Coronation Street star’s washboard abs, voluptuous curves and toned limbs would have no doubt been the envy of every other girl on the beach.

Reclining on the pristine white sands, Helen later slipped into a second bikini, which proved just as dazzling a choice as the first as she closed her eyes while feeling the scorching Middle Eastern sun on her face.

Proving equally as skimpy as her navy two-piece, the brunette bombshell made sure to showcase her killer body once again in a plunging, black balcony bikini, with dramatic gold chain detail.

And although the glamour girl might have been sweltering under the heat of the sun in the United Arab Emirates, that didn’t stop her from sporting a full face of make-up for the shoot, including shiny pink lip gloss and a set of fluttering false lashes.

Although Helen’s toned curves may look like the result of hard work at the gym, she has previously claimed that she ‘never’ diets and instead lives off calorific crisps.

But the young actress conceded that constantly being on the go helps to keep her in shape.

She said last year: ‘I never diet, ever. I do want to be slim and feel good, but I really do eat what ever I want. I like to go to the gym to tone up and I have it in my mind to be slim, but I live off crisps!

‘I’m always racing around. I find it hard to chill out and I think that probably keeps me in shape – I’d feel guilty putting my feet up. I’m quite highly strung like that.’

But the former soap beauty insisted she is happy with her 5’3, 8st 7lbs frame, and thinks women should celebrate their bodies more, rather than be constantly worrying about their shape.

She previously said: ‘It’s nice to celebrate your body and what’s good about it. I really like my figure – curves are sexier than being stick-thin – and I don’t see why I shouldn’t wear clothes that show it off.

‘I gave up dieting two years ago. When I was younger I was completely obsessed with dieting – this diet, that diet – and now I look back and think I was really stupid, I lost far too much weight and got really obsessed with it.’

In fact, Helen is so confident in her skin that she recently went so far as to claim she has the ‘best boobs in the world’.

She told FHM magazine: ‘I have the best boobs I’ve ever seen on anyone in the world. Ever. They’re amazing.’
