Helen Flanagan has insisted that trolling doesn’t bother her after being repeatedly criticised by mum-shamers for wearing sexy outfits.

Helen Flanagan has insisted that being trolled doesn’t affect her as she hit back at mum-shamers over her boob job. The mother-of-four shared a short clip of herself wearing some racy corset top as part of a dress on Instagram for her one million followers to see, but was subjected to harsh comments from trolls who told her she should be spending time with her children.

One troll cruelly commented: “Think more of flashing your t**s than your kids.” Another added: “Beautiful, but your skirt looks like it’s falling down (would look better over the hips) & it looks like you’ve forgotten half of your outfit… you need a better stylist Helen, they’re doing you no favors, & you’re a stunning girl.” (sic)

A third person said: “Why do we have to be half naked now to get attention? What happened to being classy? Looks like she has a lingerie set on, forgot the time then put on a skirt in a hurry.” (sic)

The I’m A Celebrity star wore the black lacy cut-out dress as she attended the British Fashion Awards 2023 in London on Monday night. Helen is regularly criticised when she dresses up to go out, but the former Coronation Street star isn’t one to let the trolls get her down.

She previously told The Sun’s Fabulous magazine: “It never bothers me. I was in Coronation Street from such a young age and I got used to taking a bit of stick at school, especially when Rosie went through her goth phase.

“Then I was in the jungle when I was 22 and got ripped apart in there, so I’m past the stage of it affecting me.”

The actress went on to defiantly say that just because she’s a mum to three children, it doesn’t mean she has to change the way she dresses. She continued: “Just because we’re mums, it doesn’t mean we can’t be sexy!”

The television personality is mum to her three children, Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and one-year-old Charlie, whom she shares with her ex Scott Sinclair. In July last year, the pair parted ways and Helen revealed the two no longer speak to one another and only communicate via their parents.

The former couple were together for 13 years and even got engaged to marry, but it wasn’t meant to be for the two as they called time on their relationship.
