aylor Swift may not have enjoyed how Sunday’s Kansas City Chiefs game played out, but the singer was likely boosted by the good news she received on Monday.

That’s because the nominations for the 81st annual Golden Globe Awards for 27 categories in film and television were revealed, with Swift up for a brand-new category.

Swift and her “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” is one of the nominees for cinematic and box office achievement. The other films nominated are:

In order for films to qualify for the cinematic and box office achievement, they must make $150 million globally and $100 million domestically.

The film has proven to be a huge success thus far, and it will be available for rent on Wednesday. Swift has already announced that the streaming version will include the extra tracks “Wildest Dreams,” “Long Live” and “The Archer.”

Swift and Kelce upset with latest Chiefs defeat

The news will likely boost the spirits of Swift, who had to watch as boyfriend Travis Kelce and his Chiefs fell in a close encounter to the Buffalo Bills.

Swift was present in the boxes at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday in what was a big game for both teams.

Unfortunately for Swift, Kelce and the Chiefs, they came out on the losing side of things after falling 20-17 to the Buffalo Bills.

The game wasn’t without controversy, as Kelce was involved in what appeared to be a game winning touchdown for the Chiefs, only of the play to be called back.

Unfortunately for the Chiefs, the defeat comes a week after they also fell short against the Green Bay Packers (27-19).

Swift was also in attendance for that game, meaning the Chiefs now hold a 4-2 record in games she has attended.

Time will tell if Swift will be in attendance for Kansas City’s upcoming game against the New England Patriots, which takes place at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough on Sunday December 17.

Kanye West, once riding high as a billionaire, now finds himself in a precarious situation as his Yeezy business halts orders and lawsuits pile up. Sources close to the controversial artist fear he may soon face severe financial issues.

The downfall began in 2022 when Kanye’s anti-Semitic comments sparked widespread outrage. Despite his recent independent album “Vultures” doing well on streaming platforms, Kanye is allegedly considering stepping away from music. Rapper Rich The Kid shared a shocking text from Kanye, stating, “I am retiring from professional music. Not sure what else to do.

Kanye’s fashion brand Yeezy is also struggling. The business, which once thrived, has stopped taking orders. The chaos surrounding Kanye is further fueled by multiple lawsuits from former Yeezy and Donda Academy staff members, as well as his ex-personal assistant.

Kanye’s financial situation has drastically changed. According to Forbes, his net worth plummeted from a staggering $2 billion to $400 million. Despite having substantial funds, sources claim his spending is out of control, and the mounting lawsuits could lead to significant payouts.

He may have made money in the past and from his recent album, but the way he’s going he’s going to have serious financial issues in the future if he keeps going the way he is,” an insider revealed to The U.S. Sun. “He’ll likely never be broke, but he’s going to be brought back down to Earth if he doesn’t get his life together.

Kanye’s extravagant lifestyle includes living in luxury hotels, traveling to exotic locations, dining at high-end restaurants, and shopping for designer clothing. However, his Yeezy business is struggling to regain its footing. Complaints about delivery times and customers not receiving their orders plagued the business even before Kanye slashed prices.

Yeezy shutdown: Kanye’s fashion empire in disarray

An announcement on the Yeezy website on July 3 stated that the site is “no longer accepting online purchases.” This followed the closure of his Yews New platform, which launched in December.

The Yeezy HQ in West Hollywood remains in disarray after Kanye removed the roof. Most of his clothing was manufactured at the Los Angeles Apparel factory, but production has stalled. Kanye hired Los Angeles Apparel founder Dov Charney as the current CEO of Yeezy, but it’s unclear if he remains involved.

This week, Kanye was spotted at another commercial building on Beverly Boulevard in West Hollywood, a property he is likely renting and planning to renovate, despite leaving his HQ in a mess.

Kanye changes his mind all the time and can barely finish a project,” a source said. He is still working with Russian designer Gosha Rubchinskiy, but Yeezy has not taken off.

Kanye’s fashion empire took a hit after being dropped by major brands, including Balenciaga, Gap, and Adidas. The termination of his deal with Adidas in October 2022 was particularly devastating. Adidas ended the partnership after facing pressure from customers, stating, “Ye’s recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous.”

Touring has also been a challenge for Kanye, with many venues banning him from performing. His last-minute listening parties for “Vultures” were poorly attended, and he faced criticism for not performing live, instead dancing to tracks from the album.

Many of Kanye’s properties have been left to deteriorate, including his Malibu beach house, which he gutted and left with no doors or windows. As Kanye’s empire continues to crumble, fans and insiders alike watch closely, wondering if he can turn things around or if this is the end of the road for the once-mighty mogul.
