What does Kathryn Bernardo have to say about it?

Kathryn Bernardo bursts the bubble about the viral late night jogging photos surrounding her and Jericho Rosales: “We were just having fun, working out, yun lang.”

Kathryn Bernardo just renewed her contract with ABS-CBN’s talent management arm Star Magic, and now she’s ready to discuss some future plans about her career.

Talking to ABS-CBN News reporter MJ Felipe, Kathryn revealed which celebrities she looks forward to working with.

She said, “I’m really open now to work with anybody.

“I’m really open to work with different leading men or different women na alam kong may matututunan pa ako.”

When asked about her dream collaborations, Kathryn mentioned her top pick — the legendary Vilma Santos, a respected veteran actress and former Batangas governor.

The 27-year-old Kapamilya star admits, “Kung may Top 3 ako na gustong makatrabaho, of course, Ms. Vilma. Santos. Why not?”

Additionally, Kathryn expressed interest in teaming up with Piolo Pascual, reciprocating his desire to collaborate.

LATE NIGHT JOG WITH JERICHO ROSALES

The buzz around Kathryn and Jericho Rosales heightened when photos of the two, along with John Manalo, surfaced from a late-night jog at the Marikina Sports Complex on January 29, 2024.

Fans speculated about a potential project between the two, fueled by their long-standing desire for a Kathryn-Jericho collaboration.

However, Kathryn clarified that the late-night jog was merely a friendly outing with no professional implications.

Her explanation: “Si John Manalo, good, good, good friend of mine [since] ano pa Goin’ Bulilit days.

“Nagkita kami nun kasi magwu-workout talaga ako that day tapos na-mention niya magdya-jogging.

“Sabi niya, ‘Gusto mo sumama?’ Then I said, ‘Okay, why not?’ kesa mag-workout ako mag-isa.

“So, nag-jogging kami. It was mga 11 late na, and then we were just having fun, working out, yun lang.”

On the subject of Jericho, Kathryn speaks highly of him, describing him as a genuinely kind person: “He’s such a nice guy, sobrang bait niya. So, ayaw mo bang makatrabaho yung ganon?”
