The royal kids were joined by their parents Prince William and Kate Middleton for the annual December 25 walkabout.

It takes place following a morning church service at St. Mary Magdalene on Sandringham Estate in Norfolk.

The ample amount of gifts even left Wills himself, 42, visibly shocked.

Young Louis was handed so many that he was seen asking his dad: “Papa, can you carry some?”

Among the presents were cuddly toys, boxes of chocolate, books and flowers.

However, due to royal protocol, members of the Royal Family are not allowed to keep certain gifts, even if they graciously accept them at first.

This applies to both young and old members.

The official royal gift policy states that royals can accept gifts from individuals not personally known to them only if they fulfill a certain criteria.

The criteria includes flowers, foodstuff and other consumable items, within reasonable quantities.

It also accounts for copies of books presented by the author, provided the subject matter is not controversial and other items of small monetary value, ideally less than £150.

However, it is unclear what the Royal Family, particularly the children, do with the gifts after they accept them.

As one fan handed over chocolates intended for Prince Louis, William playfully intervened.

The future king said: “No, no, you can’t give all the chocolates! Definitely not.

“You’ve got to keep them for yourself as well.”

A video shared on social media captured the lighthearted moment, showing a visibly excited Louis standing behind his father with his hands already full of presents from the crowd.

At one point, Louis moved forward, seemingly eager for more gifts, but he quickly stopped and stood still after William’s gentle command.
