Patrick Mahomes is a mastermind on and off the football field, and the latest of his successful endeavors is a valuable real estate portfolio

PATRICK Mahomes is building an impressive real estate portfolio to match his on-field accolades.

Mahomes currently owns four properties worth a combined $8 million: two in Missouri, one vacant plot that he plans to develop a mansion on, and one massive luxury home in Texas.

His portfolio will likely continue to grow as more money comes in from his massive 10-year, $503 million contract he signed with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2020.

$350,000 Kansas City condo

This was the first home Mahomes bought after being drafted in 2017.

It was listed for $475,000, but Mahomes landed the 1,800-square-foot condo for $350,000.

It has two bedrooms and three bathrooms and comes with features like granite countertops, California closets, and wood-burning fireplaces.

It’s also the only unit in the building to have a roof deck and two-car garage.

$1.8 million Kansas City home

Mahomes added this property in the suburbs of Kansas City to his portfolio in 2019 for $1.8 million.

Built in 1953, it is a step up from his first property, sitting at 4,300 square feet on 1.4 acres of land.

The mansion has three bedrooms and four bathrooms and features high ceilings, a separate chef’s kitchen, an office, and a workout room.

The main bedroom alone takes up 1,250 square feet of the home.

Outside, the Kansas City mansion has a pool, hot tub, rose garden, and screened porch. It is estimated to be worth $2.23 million today.

$400,000 acres of land

While living in his Kansas City mansion in 2020, Mahomes bought eight acres of land in Belton, which is just outside of Kansas City.

Within a year, he built a massive home on the property and then added a pool in 2022.

Mahomes went all out with this property, building a 50-yard football field in the yard, a private pond, and a par-three golf hole.

The mansion is estimated to be worth over $1 million.

$3.37 million Texas home

This property is where Mahomes resides during the NFL offseason.

Listed for $4.26 million, he bought it for $3.37 million from former pro footballer Andrew Gissinger III.

Mahomes was born and raised in Texas and went on to play his college ball at Texas Tech, so it makes sense that he settled down in the state during his time off.

The mansion is located in Westlake, a luxury community, and was built in 2014.

Sprawling over 7,800 square feet, the Mahomes’ manor has the most features of any of their homes. The primary suite has panoramic views of the Vaquero golf course and includes a spa bath and walk-through shower.

There is a private study that leads directly into a private loft, and a wine room to wind down in.

Other features include a game room, wet bar, balconies, a pool, and an outdoor kitchen.

The property is worth around $5.5 million today.
