A fan was ejected from the US Open for being a terrible person while watching the action from the stands.
The unidentified fan was kicked out for allegedly yelling out the “most famous Hitler phrase there is” during Alexander Zverev’s Round of 16 match with Jannik Sinner on Monday night.
During the fourth set of Zverev’s 6-4, 3-6, 6-2, 4-6, 6-3 win over Sinner, Zverev suddenly stopped engaging in play to walk up to the chair official while pointing behind them into the stands.
“He just said the most famous Hitler phrase there is in this world,” Zverev told the official. “This is unacceptable. This is unbelievable.”
The official would then look back and begin yelling at the crowd behind him, trying to figure out the culprit.

Security was looking for a fan who yelled during the Jannik Sinner & Alexander Zverev match.
Zverev said he yelled "the most famous Hitler phrase.”
Security looked for the person for at least 10 minutes.

Zverev and Sinner quickly resumed play, but during a break, a group of security walked up to a man who was sitting about 10 rows back at Arthur Ashe Stadium and escorted him out of the venue.
Following the match, Zverev told the media what the fan had been yelling, and his feelings about the incident.
“He started singing the anthem of Hitler that was back in the day. It was ‘Deutschland über alles’ and it was a bit too much,” Zverev said via the Associated Press.
“I think he was getting involved in the match for a long time, though. I don’t mind it, I love when fans are loud, I love when fans are emotional. But I think me being German and not really proud of that history, it’s not really a great thing to do and I think him sitting in one of the front rows, I think a lot of people heard it. So if I just don’t react, I think it’s bad from my side.”
Zverev will now advance to the quarterfinals and take on top-ranked Carlos Alcaraz.
That ejected fan should be banned from entering the US Open for life.
