Australian Open News: Coco Gauff’s Coach Voices Concern Over Novak Djokovic’s Disastrous Afternoon Down Under

Novak Djokovic is currently battling against Taylor Fritz and is not having an easy time against the American player in the Australian Open. Although he has won against him eight times, the Djoker is not able to shut down Fritz quickly. Brad Gilbert, Coco Gauff’s coach, predicts that the two players are in for a long match. The statistics of the first two sets also go on to show Fritz’s class.

The American player came into the bout feeling confident. After winning his fourth-round match, he believed that the conditions favored him more. The match shows his mindset as he aims to overcome Djokovic for the first time.

Novak Djokovic is in for a long night as per Brad Gilbert

The first two sets saw a great performance by the world number 12. Although he lost the first set, he managed to push it to a tie-break. He won the second set after breaking Djokovic’s serve once. The two players are in the match of their lives, and no one is aiming to relent against their opponent. The statistics of the match show as much, and Gilbert, the former coach of Andre Agassi, predicts that the two will play a long bout.

I wonder 💭 if 0-15 for Djoker is the most BP’s he had without converting @SharkoTennis @tennistweetscomgoing to a really late ⏰ one now tonight.” In the first two sets, world number 1 managed to arrive at 15 break points but did not manage to convert any. However, he has not shown signs of giving up in the slightest.

The match continues with just as much gusto, and the two players will pull out any advantage they can to get the upper hand.

Djoker manages to take one game from Fritz

Fritz is aiming to win his first bout against Djokovic as the game continues in the third set. The Serbinator is living up to his name as he looks to end the match in sets 3 and 4. He finally managed to take a game from Fritz in the third set as he broke two of his serves. Now, the following results of the match are anyone’s guess.

Both players are bringing the fire to one another. Djokovic is aiming to continue his pursuit of his 25th grand slam, and Fritz is aiming to reach the semifinals of a slam for the first time in his career. Who will win?
