A new thing that Serena Williams’ husband Alexis Ohanian had started with his daughter was taking golf up as a sport to spend time together. Recently he posted how he loves to play golf with her and also that his daughter Olympia had even gotten better at it. In fact, she has gotten so much better that she can also defeat Alexis Ohanian now.

Owing to the same competitive feeling, it seems like Alexis Ohanian is trying to step up when it comes to golf. He has recently posted about how he is trying to take more difficult shots and explore the more technical side of the sport.

Alexis Ohanian had tweeted recently about how Olympia is taking up golf with him. And after a while, he also posted about how she has gotten better than him and he is trying to catch up now. Owing to the same, it seems like the process of him catching up is in progress as Alexis Ohanian just tried to hit a bunker for the first time.

A bunker is a shot taken from a specific area filled with sand. It tests the ability of the golfer a little more and is a more difficult shot to take. Ohanian posted about it on his official Instagram story and captioned it, “First bunker ever. Your boy was nervous.”

He posted a video in which he was taking a bunker and someone was guiding him while he was doing that. It can be seen in the video that he took a decent shot and was able to hit the ball with his club to a great distance as well. Besides learning how to do a bunker shot, he is also taking professional golfing lessons from a professional coach.

Brittany Ferrante is a professional coach and also a Class A LPGA Member. Ohanian is learning how to play golf from her. He recently posted about it on his official Instagram channel. Alexis Ohanian posted a picture of him playing golf and along with that added how hard it is to play. He also admitted that when he was a kid, he did not think that golf was a real sport.

But now he does and so at the age of 40 years he has finally decided to learn about it. He also tagged his trainer to the post mentioning how she is the one who is the real victim here because she has to teach a beginner like him.
