Lana had been due to arrive on-stage at 10:30pm, but left fans waiting in Somerset’s Worthy Farm until 11pm.
In chaotic footage aired on the BBC, she was seen mouthing the words to Summertime Sadness, while her devotees sang from the top of their lungs.
As fans continued to recite her 2013 hit, Lana was taken away by security after blowing them a kiss.
The Grammy winner had blamed her tardiness on her hair stylist, who was even seen on stage adding some finishing touches
After arriving on stage, Lana apologised to fans, saying: “I was so f***ing late that I am about to rush this set today. If they cut the power, then they cut power, then I’m super f***ing sorry.
“My hair take so long to do. Let’s do the set as it’s supposed to go.”
