Chris Brown’s daughter got a No. 1 fan, and she just so happens to share his last name.
On Friday, his mother, Joyce Hawkins, uploaded a video of her eldest granddaughter and Brown’s daughter, Royalty, excitedly watching him perform on television. The 7-year-old can be seen standing in a living room holding her phone up to show her friends her father’s new music video “Iffy,” which had just dropped on the same day.

Royalty, who seems to be on FaceTime with a friend, is standing there calmly swaying her head back and forth watching the “Look At Me Now” singer. At one point in the video, Brown’s car turns into a robot, and Royalty can be heard saying, “Look, here’s the robot.”
Hawkins wrote, “SHE SO EXCITED ABOUT HER DADS VIDEO SHES CALLING HER FRIENDS AND SHOWING ALL OF THEM. SO SO CUTE!! SHE SAYS THE ROBOT PART IS THE BEST PART!!”
In the comments, fans gushed over Royalty’s cute reaction to Brown. One said, “LMAO Royalty is her dads biggest fan I’m crying she is so cute!! It’s her filming it

Chris is blessed to have her as daughter. All his kids are so cute!!”
Someone else said, “When kid’s brag on their parent’s, it hit different!! That makes you feel good as a parent!” Another joked about how they would have the same reaction if Brown was their father as well. “If I had him as a daddy I would do the same.”
In 2014, Brown welcomed his daughter Royalty with Nia Guzman. A year later he dropped his seventh studio album and named it after her. While doing promo for the album he opened up about being a first-time father on the “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” show.
He said, “It’s actually great. It’s very humbling. You know, it’s very calming. I think I was a lot, you know, rambunctious, very hyper as a kid, but now seeing that 10 times over, my daughter’s kinda like mellowing me out.”
Brown now has a 2-year-old son, Aeko Catori Brown, whom he welcomed with Ammika Harris. It’s not clear whether the two are still together.
